Refunds policy

At Yashoda Yatra, we deeply value our shared time and energy. When you reserve a session—whether an intensive in-person alignment, a remote bio-energetic surrogate scan, or a 1-on-1 online alignment consultation—that specific time is dedicated exclusively to you. To ensure a balanced and respectful flow for both our practice and our community members, the following policies apply to all bookings:

1. No Refunds Policy

All sessions are non-refundable once booked and paid for. This policy honors the preparation, energetic alignment, and focused dedication required to hold space for your healing journey.

2. Rescheduling (24-Hour Notice Required)

We understand that life can shift unexpectedly. If you need to change your appointment time, you may reschedule your session at no additional cost up to 24 hours prior to your scheduled start time.

Rescheduling can be managed directly through your member portal booking link or confirmation email.

Any requests to change or reschedule a session with *less than 24 hours' notice** will be considered a late cancellation, and the full session fee will be forfeited.

3. Missed Sessions & Late Arrivals

* Online Sessions: Your session link will remain open for 15 minutes past your scheduled start time. If you do not arrive within this window, the session will be marked as a no-show, the appointment will be canceled, and the fee will be forfeited. If you arrive late within the 15 minutes, your session will conclude at the originally scheduled time so as to respect subsequent bookings.

* In-Person Sessions: Late arrivals will receive the remaining duration of their scheduled block to ensure subsequent clients are not delayed. Arriving more than 15 minutes late without communication may result in a canceled session and a forfeited fee.

4. Emergency Exceptions

We understand that true emergencies happen. Sudden illness, accidents, or force majeure will be evaluated compassionately on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.
